CHALLENGE: A wordy website that was not an accurate reflection of the firm's culture or sophisticated client service. A skeptical management team and doubting attorney population meant funds for a complete overhaul were not easily granted.

ACTION: Collaborated with internal web developer to migrate to a simple WordPress format, closed all backdoors to protect the firm's data, audited site for broken/non-functioning links, reorganized information with UX in mind, eliminated text and upgraded visual interest. Added HR portal, client filesharing access, and online invoice payment capabilities. Established content management standards that kept homepage consistently fresh, cross-promoted via social media to increase traffic.

RESULT: Fully functioning communication hub depended upon by attorneys, staff, clients, referral sources, and media reps. Increased trust in marketing department and elevated expectation of how firm should be seen in a crowded, competitive marketplace.

CHALLENGE: Wild West days of law firm site designs! No real expectation that the website could serve to actively promote the firm. Very text-based, and featured the firm's secondary color that was not readily associated with the firm. Not concerned with UX.

ACTION: Emphasize firm's primary color, and reduce text. Simple reorganization of information with user in mind. Incorporate visuals of iconic cities and projects firm was instrumental in moving forward.

RESULT: Reconnection with firm's brand was instantly impactful. Paved the way for future expansion.
